What we collect
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general location (country/region level), device type, and how you arrived here. This helps us improve the content. We do not sell any data, and we do not use it for advertising.
IP addresses are anonymized before being processed (anonymize_ip: true).
Google Analytics runs through Google's infrastructure; see Google's own
privacy policy
for how it handles data on our behalf.
Cookie consent (Consent Mode v2)
By default, analytics storage is set to denied. No analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google Analytics until you actively click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you click "Reject," your choice is remembered and analytics stays off. You can change your choice at any time — see "How to withdraw consent" below.
Legal basis
Where GDPR applies, the legal basis for any analytics processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie banner. You may withdraw that consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at ciao@napoletanacoffee.com.
